Software

OEC, on behalf of the Jacobs School of Engineering, School of Physical Sciences, and Qualcomm Institute, are part of the campus MCCA (MicrosoftConsolidated Campus Agreement).  This provides access to Windows and Office products for our eligible administrative staff and faculty. 

OEC also provides a way for anyone in a covered department to purchase a license for Windows or Office through our agreement. This would be a small yearly subscription fee, payable through a campus chartstring.

If you are already licensed, you can access Office 365 features at https://portal.office.com

• Type your @ucsd.edu address and your Active Directory password, this will require Duo authorization

• You will see the apps that are available online 

• You can also click "Install Office" to download and install Office on your computer

Through the Adobe ETLA (Enterprise Team Licensing Agreement), OEC can add Creative Cloud licenses to our agreement for a very reasonable price. This would be a yearly subscription fee, payable through a campus chartstring.
