active MOU Agreement (Physical Sciences (CHEM, MATH, PHYS, SPS Dean's office), QI)
OEC provides a standard level of Audio/Visual support for our Core Customers.
Each department has a defined list of conference rooms. OEC is available as the first line of support for A/V questions/issues that come up for events within these spaces.
Services available:
Questions about the usage of the equipment within the space
Documentation/Tips & Tricks: If you need assistance for events via Zoom or in-person, OEC can point you to documentation that we think is most relevant and helpful, and answer specific questions you have
Event Setup Support: If you need assistance before an event to ensure A/V equipment is working for what you need, please reach out to ask for assistance
Equipment issues in department-owned conference rooms: OEC can provide troubleshooting of the situation and try to resolve
NOTE that if it is determined that the issue is with equipment managed by the AVDI team in ITS, then ITS would need to be contacted for further assistance
